Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Retail orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery schedule is subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by phone or e-mail where possible within 24 hours.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the us. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.
Remittance Terms
Goods paid by credit card or PayPal will normally be despatched within 48 hours.
Payment by Personal Cheques will require clearance before despatch of goods.
Goods paid for by Business Cheque will normally be despatched within 48 hours.
